Hello!!  Rosie here and its a pleasure to meet you.  Let me tell you a little bit about myself.  I was found as a stray and somehow wound up in a shelter in Kentucky and this made me so sad because no one came looking for me.  A kind lady at the shelter saw me and asked All Mutts Matter to find me a furever home.  I'm now in a foster home in Delaware.  I'm about 2-3 years old, weigh about 15 pounds, up-to-date on my shots and will be spayed and microchipped next week.  Oh yeah, I like people and get along with other dogs, I'm friendly and like to ride in the car.  Please, if you are looking for a small, cute and loving dog, then I'm your girl.  Thank you Rosie.  Our adoption process is below:

1. The application will be processed, evaluated and we will contact the vet and personal references;

2. All other applications that have been submitted on Rosie will also be processed (best suited applicant is chosen, not first come first serve);

3. Schedule a home visit; and

4. Adoption is finalized when the best-fitting home is found for Rosie. If you have young children or other pets and everyone gets along, Rosie will be able to stay at your home and do a foster to adopt for about a two-week trial period. If all is going well after the trial period, the adoption will then be finalized. Our adoption fee for Rosie is $295.00.
