4/21/14 Update:  OMDog!  Ison is in town and he is everything our friends in KY said he was and soooooo much more.  Ison is very well trained in basic commands and walks great on leash.  He is so incredibly sweet and calm and loves to fetch balls.  He rides like a dream in the car and has excellent house manners.  Anyone that adopts Ison is going to fall in love very quickly with him.  He is also terrific with dogs of all sizes.  Below are more pictures taken of him. 

Ison was recently trained in a prison program and he knows basic commands, leash manners, house and crate trained, gets along great with other dogs and don't mind the kitties.  He is currently in a foster home in Eastern KY and is scheduled to arrive in Delaware on April 19th.  Ison is a little shy, warms up easy and will sit in your lap and lick your face... if allowed. :-)  We are told that "he is a really nice kid!"  Ison is about 1 ½ - 2 years old, 45 pounds and fully vetted.  Just a good kid and would make a great family dog or active couple kid. After Ison is in his new foster home, we will be able to tell you more about him.
