Katie is about 3 years old. She is a medium size dachshund beagle mix. Her mom called looking for help due to her and Katie had lost their home. Katie's mom said she got Katie about a year ago from a lady who was sick and could no longer keep Katie. Katie seems to love people and dogs. She loves to play with toys and other dogs. She likes to go for long walks. She is really cute the way she asks the other dogs to play with her. Katie is good with both men and women. she is fine with big and little dogs but not crazy about them getting in her face. We are not sure how  she is with children at this time. We think she should be fine but will update when we know.  She likes to run and play. She know basic commands and walks on a leash pretty well. She is crate trained and house trained. Katie likes to go to the dog park and run. Katie is good with cats.Katie is a sweet lovable little girl that would love to have her forever home. Katie has been spayed and up to date on shots. She is micro chipped and on heartworm meds. Katie will make someone a wonderful dog. If you are interested in fostering or adopting Katie please let us know.
